EXCHANGE AND REFUND

EASY AND FREE

Despite the care we take in our products, you may not be satisfied.

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return the item that does not suit you and send us a request for exchange or refund.

Beyond this period, exchange and refund will be refused and returned to the sender. 
 

Any return must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by its R. DI MARE pouch and its well-attached label. The double adhesive strip on your envelope allows you to reuse it for all your exchanges and refunds. 

Products must be undamaged and must not have been worn.

Please email us contact@rdimare.com with your order number, to send us any request for exchange or refund.

EXCHANGE ​

• For metropolitan France and upon receipt of your return, we will create a new order with the product of your choice and send you a confirmation email. We will send your exchange package to the address of the initial order.

• For all other countries, please re-order the product you want.

RETURN

• Upon receipt and verification of your package, we undertake to proceed with your return within a maximum delay of 14 working days. 
  Refunds are made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

RETURN FEES

• In mainland France, the first return is free. The following returns as well as the risks associated with the return of the products are the responsibility of the sender.

• For all other countries, the return and the risks associated with the return of the products are the responsibility of the sender.
